Lodgings at Pioneer Lane Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel, please give us two weeks notice and we will return your deposit less a $20 handling fee. On shorter notice, we will return your deposit (less $20 handling fee) if we are able to rent the room to another party.

EXTENDED STAY POLICY: If you reserve a room for five nights or longer, we require a deposit equal to half of your stay. If the need arises to cancel, please contact us three weeks prior to arrival. If an emergency arises, we will do our best to re-rent your room and return as much of your deposit as possible.


CHECK-IN: When you arrive, you will retrieve your room key from the corresponding security box located at your entrance. Your confirmation email will contain detailed instructions and the combination to your security box. We guarantee that your room will be ready by 3:00pm, however, if your room key is visible in your security box, your room is ready.

CHECK-OUT: Check out time is 11:00am. We will accommodate a later check-out if possible – please ask. If no coordination is made with the front desk, we charge a late check-out fee of $25 per half hour. If you occupy your room beyond 1:00pm, you may incur a full night’s stay based upon that nightly rate.  


OFFICE HOURS: Generally someone is the office from 10:00am – 2:00pm. If you need assistance outside of normal business hours, please don’t hesitate to call 920-854-7656 and we will be happy to assist you.

SPECIAL OCCASIONS: We are happy to help you plan special occasions – please call for further information.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Generally, our king rooms are suited for two person occupancy. However, our family friendly option would be renting Helen’s Suite and Bill’s Room together if available. We do not provide roll-aways or pack-n-plays. Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited.
