We can’t believe we are mere weeks away from opening for our 2021 Season! As anticipation builds and we meticulously prepare for your arrival, we wanted to reiterate our COVID-19 policy for the season.
For starters, we are a very small business and the health of our employees is not only important to us, but their health is critical for us to keep our doors open. We will be wearing masks and ask you do the same when traversing through any common areas, interacting with other guests (outside your party) and us.
We will resume our daily cleanings (masked), but understand if you would prefer we stay out. Just let us know you are “All Set!” or you would like “Service, Please!” by hanging our new room door tags. Of course, we will be sanitizing all high touch surfaces like we have always done, but like our previous post stated, we feel comfortable putting coffee makers back into our rooms. Sadly, Starbucks no longer makes 4 cup pods, so we are trying a new coffee which has received high reviews. We’d love your feedback and are excited to try it ourselves!
Additionally, we will continue to launder cotton blankets between stays and will keep our duvets in storage for another season. We love how our rooms look when pulled together as intended, but also take pride that during these uncertain times, our guests feel confident in their rooms so they can enjoy Door County and recharge after a long winter and spring.
Finally, we were so grateful for our 2020 Season and that is in large part to all of you! Our feedback was overwhelmingly positive, but that being said, we always look for ways to improve. So, we plan on sending out a short survey after your stay and would appreciate 2 minutes (literally!!) of your time so we can do better by you next year. We also pride ourselves on our responsiveness, so if there are any changes or needs during your stay, please ask!
Stay safe and see you soon!
